I Have Entered An Incorrect Address, What Do I Do Now ?

Just reply to your order confirmation email to verify your details. If you notice that the address provided is incorrect, please inform us by emailing hello@bathroomsconce.com or through our live chat widget. We can update the address within 24 hours of your notification. Please note, refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses reported after the 24-hour window.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What Is Your Shipping Time ?

We choose the most suitable carrier and shipping method based on the size and weight of your order. Certain items may have minimum quantity requirements. Please allow 4–7 days for production before your order ships. Delivery typically takes 15–21 days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be available 3–5 days after shipment. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to us at hello@bathroomsconce.com or via our Live Chat Widget. You won’t be charged for any items that aren’t shipped, and backordered products will only be billed once dispatched. Delivery is made to your door and does not include unpacking or assembly.
